- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a negative experience at this place ... it started out ok and after almost half a dozen attempts to rectify the issues, it was not resolved ...resulting in me developing another issue which I am currently suffering. I was advised that as it was not the original issue, it was not their responsibility and when I asked for a refund, i was told (again) that it was not their problem and that they do not offer refunds.I think that some duty of care is owed and although a full refund was not available, at least half a refund for causing me all this pain would have made for a better experience.. Be cautious of this chain as i think they are in it for the money rather than the treatment. The staff would have been trained to sell rather than "care" for the person.
